This documentary film is about a Rhum Agricole that is largely still made the same way it was made 400 years ago in Haiti called, "Clairin".  In this film, we traveled to Haiti and visited dozens of cities and distilleries to hunt for the historical origins and cultural practices that surround this controversial rhum in Haiti.
